Let's be done with the Uchiha
Added 2025-06-03 07:20:08 +0000 UTCFor the longest time, the most comments I have been getting are about doing something about the Uchiha Massacre, and though not right now, I would have to do something, anything, and I can't decide what to do about that.
So, as any good Webnovel writer would do, I am putting this on you, so decide.
Should the Uchiha Massacre continue as it is, or should I change it?
(PS: If the change option wins, then there would be a complete overhaul, not just saving the kids or something, but a complete change from the canon. That would be the moment this fic becomes a complete AU, so choose at risk.)
(This poll will be open to everyone until I begin to write the Uchiha arc, then I will publish the result and begin writing. From then on, I won't be changing anything no matter what anyone wants.

I'm abstaining; I haven't looked at who is winning or losing. If the Uchiha die, it's probably because Ren is far away from the village. Ren may be an absolute menace, but he is a meddler; he would meddle in their affairs and try to save them, system reward or not, they may be assholes but they are the villiges assholes. as for if ren saves them and what that means for the story i dont know, what do you want it to mean? With the three bad actors being Itachi, Obito, and Danzo, and his root, Ren, being unable to be everywhere, I'd say that only one-third of the clan would survive. I don't know how many Uchiha there are in numerical terms, but they occupied an entire district and had a police force working the entire village, including not just civilians but also ninja and at least nine other clans; that's a lot of ground to cover. Either way, this is your story, do what you feel is right.

2025-06-29 14:10:28 +0000 UTCI think that you should go ahead with changing the canon. Imagine Itachi not corrupt and happy. Also, the amount of points Ren would get would be worth it. No Naruto fanfic(At least the ones i have read) have never changed that. With all that changes surely this novel will stand out and reach a far greater audience. Yeah, it will take loads of work and brain storming, but from my perspective it will be all worth it. It will be fun reading it and i guess also writing it...

I suggest making Shisui the scape goat that kills the elders and the extremists while Itachi kills Shisui to keep the clan's loyalty towards Konoha. Itachi takes the mantel of saviour of Uchiha and the clan head . He keeps the survivors safe from the hands of Danzo, Obito and Orochimaru. Also I suggest for future projects for Ren like rescuing, reformation and reviving of Uzumaki and Senju Clans. It's a damn shame that such powerful clans are now near extinct.

If Ren changes it he can get a crazy reward. It doesn't have to be something op. It could be something good that upgrades with him.

He doesn’t need to save the everyone though if a large amount of ninjas in the clan dies that is enough. They won’t be able to think about revolting for 2 or 3 generations until they bolster number of their ninjas and it won’t be a problem then.
