Outside running

I hooked a friend into filming a run for me... not sure how I like it. It would be much better if it was warm enough for shorts and a crop top only... hopefully soon I can do that! Anyways, hope you enjoy.

Here is the recording of the livestream from 3-17.... well, half of it. The first half didn't record for some reason. So sorry about that! But the second half did, and it's the better half anyway (I think you will see what i mean). It was a lot of fun. Next one should be the first Tuesday in April.

Racing last weekend. Some people have requested outdoor runs, which was tricky, but I did it. And got a nice foam rolling session in once I got home ;)
