My first house build that I decided to share. This house was built with a married couple and 3-4 kids in mind or can be used as a Rental\Airbnb with the Outdoor Retreat game pack. This build comes with the furniture seen, but the rest of the rooms are unfurnished.

A full single dorm room. The bed is lofted for aesthetic reasons, but the sim will not be able to sleep on it, you will need to delete the storage underneath and replace it with a regular single bed.
