🛫 Deep Tissue with Sorcha – From Skies to Recovery Tables ✨

Today’s session features someone really special – my good friend Sorcha, a former air hostess with years of long-haul flights and constant movement behind her. She’s no stranger to the toll that kind of lifestyle takes on the body, and in this deep tissue session, we focus on unwinding a lot of that built-up tension from years on her feet (and in the air!).

Sorcha’s a total natural on the table – open, relaxed, and with a great sense of humour throughout. You’ll see how we work into her shoulders, lower back, and hips – all areas that take a beating with constant travel and standing for long hours. It’s a great example of how deep tissue can be both effective and genuinely restorative.

That last paragraph is of course an absolute Lie, Sorcha loves a good cry and complain but I enjoy this and laugh the whole way through.

I’m really grateful she let us film this one – it’s always different working on someone you know well, and I think that comfort and trust comes through in the flow of the session.
