Art Study: Lofi
Added 2018-08-13 07:28:43 +0000 UTCHere's the kind of stuff that's keeping me super busy and up late at night while I'm in my class! This one is a "values and shapes" study for my Color and Light class. We were to take a painting from one of our art heroes or an image from a movie/photo and do a study of the basic shapes and values in it.
This assignment was suuuuper difficult, but I feel like I've learned a ton just from having done it. I'll be doing more of these after my class is over, but I have plenty of work to do before then for the Patreon.
After my class is finished in September, I'm planning to up the pace here a bit with things, and we'll see where this journey takes us!

I would definitely love to show him sometime yes! But ... I'm not sure he's active right now? I think he might have disappeared for the moment, but we'll see if he comes back! And I'm super glad you like the little study :D. It really does teach a lot of lessons about what's really important in a drawing and I just love things like that.
