I think the reason this episode (and series) was such an emotional ride was because the stakes are really high. There are many other shows that are intense, but there is usually a visible path to the end for us as viewers, so we know everything will be okay. But with THK ... we had no idea where it was going or what an HEA for them could even look like. It's interesting to watch now, months later after knowing how it ends .... makes the anticipation for certain scenes more intense and really brings out the humor of other scenes. It was a complex and ambitious project and they did a great job with it.

2024-12-25 23:25:44 +0000 UTCπ§π§π§π§ This was an emotional episode. When I first watched it I was sad but I didnβt cry while rewatching it with you got teary-eyed. I was hoping that Fadel and Bison wouldnβt find out until the next one, but you were right. I loved all of the double meanings in all the conversations. I also loved that you could just look at their faces and tell how they felt. I feel bad for Kant but I also don't because he knew what he was getting into with Bison. He was scared for his friend but he should be scared for himself as Bison is truly going to make Babe an orphan. I'm not really worried about Style because I feel like Fadel and he has a deeper understanding of what they mean to one another.
