About First and Khao's heights ... I think that they grew a lot since this was filmed or Khao was wearing shoes with a lift/thicker souls ... because they looked closer in height and then all of a sudden, First looked drastically taller than Khao. Looking it up, First is 185cm and Khao is 175cm.
