Also I just wanna praise the creative team behind this and the acting of these babies. They r doing a fantastic job In showcasing those subtle emotions and I know it's been two episodes only but this show needs more recognition

Ofc he is right but also it doesn't mean it wasn't harshly said to his face out of frustration and I guess we did learn by the end of the episode that that wasn't entirely the case here and both were just feeling some type of way about it. It's actually so fresh to see them also being honest and communicate about it while opening up or being vulnerable with eo and I think that was beautifuly done. Yes Kit is privileged yes he might not have the context of the things Shane is going through or we might as well have guesses about kit's own family situation but that's the thing they r learning smthing from eo and gonna balance eo out. I mean I feel like that's gonna be their whole arc as the time gonna go by but so far they r doing a wonderful job with their relationship. Its only episode 2 but the fact that we got smalll storylines like this in order to develop them as characters and their interactions with eo and the whole buildup to this. Clealry they both like eo and they r just 17yo boys and im interested to see how things gonna develop for them farther as the story gonna go and as they gonna learn more and more about one another. I feel like this show does a great job in depicting those teenage crushes or the emotions, genuine innocence of a feeling idk how to explain it it just feels more real and as real as it can be.
