Interesting about the ALL vampires reference. We knew that Ramil was the head of his line and was part of the family that the hunters were targeting ... but this comment and the one about returning to the throne hints that maybe his family is the head of all vampires, regardless of bloodline? Or all vamps are of his family's bloodline and the hunters are clueless?
