He loves Little Jealousy and once he knew that CC wasn't targeting him because of YY, he was all-in for helping him get all his snakes back. He just didn't know that CC and ChengYu had the same plan ... to switch out CC's snakes for new, unfamiliar snakes that would then be rejected (and killed) by CC's remaining snakes ... causing the father to freak out enough to move them ... which led to the rescue. ChengYu wanted them as something to hold over CC ... which is why they fought once they battled the father's guys. CC just wanted his snakes back. And WSW wanted that too, but being the one to return CC's snakes would have earned him bonus points too. I think WSW only revealed himself because CC and CY were being idiots and WSW knew that the bad guys would wake up eventually. There is a (spoiler) reason WSW couldn't see the snake until it was too late, but I won't say in case you haven't reached that part yet. Also ... they used a real snake for that scene. The BTS of this whole show is wild ... but I just assumed CGI or a fake snake was used here. But no ... that is real from start to finish. I can't believe they chanced it or why they would think they could trust this snake fully wrapped around ZiYu like that, but that would have been a huge nope from me.

He sits silently with his family, blocks most people from getting close, and tolerated YueYue because of the parents and his snakes but stayed out of arms reach even when sleeping in the same bed, saying he was uncomfortable with people in his space or touching him. Yet he is warm and lively at WSW's mom's house and crawls into bed and cuddles WSW whenever possible.
