Also, here's my theory on Dr Karn: I think maybe the husband is involved in something VERY big and nefarious and has something on either Dr Karn or his uncle (whom I assume is like CEO of the hospital). Possibly husband is using this to get the meds to OD his wife. So, I think Dr Karn is caught between a rock and a hard place ... he doesn't want to see Dr Thap harmed, but he can't really do anything substantive to help either. The three docs have been friends for a long time, we're being told, so I can't see Dr Karn as totally evil. Just caught in a bad situation. I guess we'll have to just wait and see how it plays out!
