I agree with the traits you’re describing, but in the ABO universe the designation (Alpha, Beta, Omega…) is the true denominator , while the human side is secondary. This shapes every part of their lives: Biology creates instincts like heat, rut, pheromones, fertility cycles and mate seeking. Instinct drives behaviours they may not consciously choose. Alphas assert dominance and are prideful, Omegas are conflict-shy and seek comfort, protection and bonding, while Betas function much like humans and often act as stabilizers. Social hierarchy reinforces these patterns, since society is organized around designations rather than humanity itself. Their worldview is therefore fundamentally different. They do not frame their experiences through humanity, but through the instincts and structures of their designation. Many of their actions, especially around dominance, pride, bonding and mate seeking, happen without deliberate intent because instinct takes over. To them this feels natural rather than forced, which is why we cannot judge them by human standards. They live in a system where biology, instinct and social structure guide their choices from birth.

Between him trying to navigate his idiot crush, the alpha hormones, and just life in general ... he's my favorite part of the series. SWL poking at HY with no fear about being squashed like a bug by that lunatic is my second favorite.
