So this is why we can’t have nice things. People who read the book have spoiled some of the twists and reveals expected in the finale. I can’t scroll 5 posts on any social media platform without someone else sharing and/or confirming different pieces of info. I’m so bummed.

Lots of people keep speculating that Peem is Rampeung's son reincarnated, but I don't think it is because she would have had an affinity to him early on. Also, his soul is over 1000 years old. I think the monk is the son reincarnated and will take out his mother. I also want the scooby gang to show up and help, although they have been through quite a bit already.
When Charn said "Jet," I said Charn you know you need to learn to keep your mouth shut.
Finally, I keep wondering why people kept using karma as to why Khem needed to go because Karma is the sum total of actions over lifetimes. As Jet said to Rampeung, Khem is just under a curse which has nothing to do with karma. Since the worst thing we saw with the little girl was her being respectful to her mother's wishes and since Khem seems to be a good guy, I would expect Khem's karma to be good.
