Transgender Beauty

We're like best friends and always keep in contact and talk with each other really a lot.
I did many commissions for her and this is one of them, she likes to call them "Ultra Feminine Boys" and wants me to draw her perfected vision of her ideal. She adores female beauty in male sex, like she says "If not transsexual woman then at least a girly boy is really awesome!". Also, she's a fan of Thai ladyboys and so called "shemale" (I mean transgender sex workers), that's why the image is supposed to be super sexy and sensual with accent on refined beauty of feminine body.
Even though I like natural looking androgynous boys, I mean a little more manly and with more 'flat breasts' lol, however I fully respect my friend's taste and I think it's also gorgeous and even unique. I enjoy exploring unusual beauty. To put it scientifically, there is something fascinating about a person born with XY chromosome but representing by own body a beauty even better than those with XX chromosome. It's not only about transgender women but also intersex people and people with AIS. I'd love to dedicate more art to these people as they deserve more recognition.
