For (RedBull) helicopters, there's lots of interesting physics. Going upside down (or rather low/negative G) can't be done by two-bladed helicopters. In general, auto-rotation may not be widely or well understood and that links in a bit with gyro copters which are also fun - some people remember these from You Only Live Twice. Limitations around forward speed and retreating blade stall and maximum main rotor tip speed might be interesting. The MD NOTAR system sounds simple but features the tricky coanda effect. Specialist filming down the main rotor blades is fascinating for revealing how they bend. Rotor tracking is performed with strobes and might be interesting.

2021-09-16 21:34:17 +0000 UTCMissed it live, but watched it later. It was great! FWIW, in an engine block, there are coolant passages around the cylinders of the engine. These passages effectively make a water jacket. Coolant flows through these passages and carries heat away from the engine block and to the radiator. Maybe some sort of collab with yourself and Engineering Explained on greener transportation might be really interesting.
