Some of you might remember from last year that I've been taking some trips downtown to get inspiration for DOTU, since it takes place "below Chicago" and I like to incorporate Chicago-looking stuff into the environments whenever I can. The above pic is a few examples of that.
I got back from this year's Chicago trip a few days ago! It was really awesome, and I got tons of new inspiration, and this time I even got some pics from the top of the Sears Tower on a perfectly clear and sunny day. :O I also went to the Pritzker Military Museum & Library, which was really interesting, but I'll have to go back much more to really take advantage of the library part of it.
I'll add a bunch of the pictures to the photo inspiration section of the 10.01 Secret Gallery a little later, but for now, here are a few samples: (sorry about the glare on a few of them)

Top pic was taken out the window of the military museum (hence the glare), second was just an alley I liked, and third was from the Sears Tower. (sorry, I still refuse to call it Willis Tower. :P ) I also got some fun bits of sphere-specific reference that I'll post to the Secret Gallery later.
Merritt's Story chapter 21 went up last night. New DOTU page is coming this Monday, but I should have it a couple days early for $5+ patrons. To those of you in the US, I hope you're having an awesome Thanksgiving! :D
