Card Deck Update!

I did three new cards for this month's secret gallery - the rightmost column, going down: Gray, Devon, and Rainey.  They're up in the Secret Gallery with a closer shot (and I'll send out the message in just a moment), but I decided to post the latest progress on the new set here.

Since I expect freelance to be light this month, I decided to try to make as much progress as I can on the card deck.  It's a big project, but it's also a project I feel I can finish, and I really want to try to get it done.  I also feel that it's an opportunity to bring in new support for the comic, which is really needed right now.

It would be rolled out as a Kickstarter with current patrons getting the first notice of when it goes live, so they have the first shot at limited tiers (which will include some custom card slots).  I also plan to do at least one bonus or expansion that's a Patreon exclusive.

As you can see, I have 9 portraits finished, but three of them (young Jordana, North Sphere Merritt, and Edens) would be expansion pack cards.  So I only have 6 of 53 done, but I have a good chunk of them sketched from previous Sketch Tier rounds.

You Secret Gallery folks are the first to hear about this.  I'm sure you know the drill by now - my ability to finish is contingent on how heavy freelance is and how solid Patreon support is, but I've gotten fast enough at these portraits that I'm planning to be successful! :D

I'm still brainstorming everything that'll be a part of the Kickstarter, but here's what I'm thinking:

• 52 cards + joker + rule book (base game)
• Patron/Supporter custom cards - each person who pledged to a custom card tier will get a few of their own card free and have the option of it being included in an expansion pack
• Expansion packs: Merritt's Story pack, Alternate Art pack, Additional Characters pack (these might be stretch goals)
• Character booklet (pdf or physical) - Would include all the uncropped portraits like above, along with bios of each character. (This might be a Patreon exclusive, or patrons might get an extended version)
