Water Date illustration WIPs, Masks, Taxes, and more!

I hope you all are having a good July so far!  Here's what's going on:

The Water Date:

I decided to let The Water Date cut to the front of the line for all of you who need fluff therapy after the latest Merritt's Story chapters. :P  The dark version of the cover art won the poll by a landslide, so that's the version I'll use.  I plan to release the ebook next week in my shop!  The ebook will be available in PDF, epub, and mobi.  If any of you have experience with ebook formatting and are capable of looking at the files on few ereader apps/devices, send me a message or leave a comment.  I could use a volunteer or two to check the files for any issues, and in return I'll send you the final versions free!  I'm especially looking for folks who can test on Kindle, Nook, and/or Android devices.

See above for cropped WIPs of some of the illustrations. :D  The finished art will be in full color.

DOTU/Merritt's Story:

The next DOTU page will be on Monday, and I'm aiming to fit in the next Merritt's Story chapter toward the end of the month!

Card Deck:

As some of you know, I'm also trying to make progress on the DOTU card deck this month!  June, July, and August are typically my lightest freelance months, so I want to use the time well. :D

Redbubble Update:

June letters went out at the end of June, along with Sketch Tier sketches and Redbubble stickers for those who requested them.  The only thing being held up is the Redbubble masks.  I got a delivery notification on June 29, but the masks didn't actually arrive.  Customer service was backlogged for a week, and they're saying there are widespread issues with package delivery due to the Covid situation.  They're sending new masks for free, but they aren't projecting delivery until July 31-August 5.  I'm really sorry to those of you who are waiting, and I hope you'll still get some use out of the masks by that time - though it sure would be lovely if we weren't still in a situation that required masks in August...

Taxes:

Also, I wanted to give you an update on the tax situation.  As you probably know, Patreon is now required to charge tax on pledges based on the requirements of their state and/or country.  I was happy to see that, while some patrons were indeed taxed, the amounts were small.  Across all my patrons, US taxes for July totaled $4.17 across 20 states, with Washington and Texas having the largest amounts.  I assume the people taxed the most were in the Sketch Tier, but if any of you would like to tell me how much you were taxed, I'd love to know.  My form only breaks it down by state, not by individual.
