A few website tech fixes! (and ch4p85 is up now)

There were a lot of signups for the DOTU website over the last few days, so I hope most of you managed to get set up successfully! I caught a couple of bugs and potential areas for errors, so if you had any issues today or yesterday, hopefully they're ironed out now. Big thanks to those of you who brought some of these issues to my attention!

--The images for ch4 pages 84-85 were down this afternoon and evening while I fixed an issue with protected images showing in the RSS feeds. They're back up now. (This is part of the reason I'm uploading pages gradually - I'm looking out for bugs along the way.)

--If you have any issues and need to disconnect/reconnect your Patreon for any reason, you can do it at:
https://www.patreon.com/settings/apps

--Your account page at demonoftheunderground.com won't display your actual pledge amount, because it's managed through Patreon. But you should still be able to see any members-only content that matches your pledge amount.

Again, if you run into any issues, let me know! If you have trouble finding something, if any expected content isn't showing up for you, etc., I want to be sure to fix it!
