Sorry guys but I donโt know much about watches except that they have numbers lol. What I do know is that the charactersโ ages arenโt that relevant to the events of the story, itโs just to keep a sense of chronology. In the manga, the time, day, month and year of the events are given which the anime unfortunately didnโt bother to put in. The events of the present take place in 2018, the movie in 2017 and this arc in 2006, I donโt know if I should give the charactersโ ages yet, Iโll wait for you to discuss if you want to know (again it wouldnโt spoil the reaction experience).
