Two Seattle Food Maps

The first is an ongoing list of the teriyaki spots Iโve visited and reviews (you can find the reviews on my secondary YouTube channel, J. Kenji Lopez-Main or through my Instagram or Tik Tok feeds).
The second is a slowly-updated map of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. (Itโs based on my Apple Letโs Eat guide and will be updated with five new spots every month).

2024-03-13 22:03:42 +0000 UTCAfter I watched your first video featuring Teriyaki Madness in cap hill my partner and I walked by it the next day and stopped off on a whim. It was excellent! We wound up going the next day a little later after the lunch rush and it wasnโt quite as moist and fresh as the first day, but still very tasty ๐ I moved to Seattle a few years ago and never thought much about Chicken Teriyaki and itโs been fun hearing some of the history and seeing how many spots are around the city. Definitely going to keep trying ones on the map as weโre out and about!
