Neither file I downloaded have the "tentacles" beneath the head. Where do I get those?

2022-09-29 23:16:54 +0000 UTCYes checked all that printer is set very well I think the issuse I am having is the very last piece the smaller one in the middle the top section that suppose to keep it in the middle is a bit too small
