Another Guideline update!!!

As promised, here's the detailed post about the first post-reform Guideline update.

The changes are small but obvious, as I have gotten rid of the submission deadlines clause.

ASK AWAY AT ANY TIME, IT'S GOOD NOW.
But yeah, don't expect me to have your thing ready on the same month if you ask for it at 11:59pm on the 31st, okay?

I also changed the wording that alluded to the generality of the doodles, since now they will be for Soldiers only, e.g I replaced Patrons to specifically say Soldiers and so on.

Also, a new point was added at the bottom that clarifies something that I got asked about the commission discount cap.

DISCOUNT CAPS THAT HAVE BEEN SURPASSED WILL STILL BE HONORED, THEY'LL JUST HAVE TO BE MULTIPLE COMMISSIONS.
