2024年の制作活動まとめ（Summary of production activities in 2024）

さて、もうすぐ2024年も終わりなので、今年の制作活動を振り返ってみることにします。

Now that we are almost at the end of the year 2024, I will take a look back at my production activities this year.

・コミッションによる制作（Commissioned production）

今年一年、多くの方からご依頼をお受けすることができました。クライアントの皆様に感謝を申し上げます。Vtuberさんを含め、クライアントさん自身のオリジナルキャラクターの絵や動画を制作させてもらえる機会が増え、その魅力をいかに引き出していくか、私自身も大変に勉強になった一年でした。

This past year, I was able to accept requests from many people. I would like to express my gratitude to all of our clients. I had more opportunities to create drawings and videos of clients' own original characters, including Vtubers, and I learned a lot about how to bring out the best in them.

コミッションで制作した動画をまとめたものを定期的に投稿できるくらいには、ご依頼をお受けすることができていました。ありがたい限りです。

I was able to accept enough requests to be able to regularly post a compilation of the videos I produced for commissions. I am grateful for that.

また、コミッションでの制作時に考えていたことを不定期で記事にしており、それらをまとめて紹介する記事も書きました。

I also wrote an irregular series of articles about what I was thinking about during the production of the commission, and I wrote an article presenting a collection of those articles.

コミッション裏話いろいろ（Various stories behind commissions）

こうして文章にすることで、「自分がどのようにコミッションに向き合う人間なのか」があらためて見えてきた気がします。

By writing in this way, I feel that I have a new picture of how I am a person who faces commissions.

ストーリー性のある動画を制作することが多かったため、それらをまとめた動画を制作したりもしました。こういうものも、また作れたらいいですね。

Since I often produced narrative videos, I also produced videos that brought them together. I hope to make these kinds of things again.

・趣味の制作（Hobby Production）

コミッションと並行して、これまでのように東方Projectの二次創作をメインに趣味での制作活動も継続していました。

In parallel with commissions, I continued to create mainly fan fiction of Touhou Project as I had done in the past, mainly as a hobby.

X（旧Twitter）に今年投稿したもので一番伸びた動画はこれでした。1万いいねに迫る勢いで、自分でもこんなに伸びるとは思いもよらず…

This was the most viewed video I posted on X (formerly Twitter) this year. It was close to 10,000 likes, and I had no idea it would get that many views myself...

私自身が東方Projectの二次創作をメインに制作活動をしてきた人間なので、それ以外のジャンルの作品は伸びづらいのが正直なところです。ですが、コミッションでの制作活動と併せ、東方Projectの二次創作以外の作品を見ていただける人が少しずつ増えてきたかなと感じています。

I myself am a person who has been engaged in production activities mainly of fan fiction of Touhou Project, so I have to admit that it is difficult for people to view my works in other genres.However, I feel that the number of people who are interested in my works other than Touhou Project fan fiction is gradually increasing in conjunction with my production activities at commissions.

Youtubeのおすすめ動画やShorts動画で個人的によく見かける大空スバルさん。

Vtuber Oozora Subaru, whom I personally often see in recommended videos and Shorts videos on Youtube.

とはいえ、趣味の制作活動は東方Projectの二次創作がメインであることは今後も変わりありません。現在制作中のものもありますので、公開をお楽しみに。

However, my main hobby production activities will continue to be fan fiction of Touhou Project. Some of them are currently under production, so please look forward to their publication.
