The late, great Go Deeper Press published this in 2015. Damn, I can't believe it's been that long. What I've posted below is a pretty bare-bones PDF that has a couple formatting issues, but I hope you get some entertainment from browsing through it. I made one minor change to it that I'd been really wanting to make. Maybe someday I'll republish this.
