At first she's upset he's doing this because he can't bother to stay out of her business, - having told him earlier when he offered to help -, but after Alfred tells her of how Master Bruce was taught by his mother Martha to help others even if they don't want the help, Selina asks for his help. By the way, where was the segment where Selina learned that Batman is Bruce Wayne? Did you ever do a comic on that?
