No, abort the thought about that pickpocketing boy being Mado's daughter. You can clearly see those two are different characters, that girl visiting the graves was clearly a normal person, blonde woman, with a pretty straight silhouette. That boy is white-haired, looks like clown and his silhouette and act is totally different.
