Atlas & Philo illustration
Added 2021-08-02 21:35:08 +0000 UTCI finished up that WIP that was in my July sketchbook! I had the urge to do a coloured/finished illustration and this definitely satisfied that hahaha. I had a lot of fun messing around with layer modes etc and just seeing where the drawing ended up taking me- originally Iโd been thinking of doing it with more of a light clouds/flowers aesthetic but I ended up liking a darker background better!
Iโve had oldschool shoujo manga illustrations on my brain for a while now (eg this sort of thing)
I'd definitely like to make more Sparks illustrations like this!!
Anyway, I'll probably share this to twitter etc sometime this week but I wanted to share it with you all first! I included a couple of different smaller crops of it- I'm using one of them as the background on my iPad now hahaha
