…Then, a shadow stirs. Something is standing by the bedside, watching you.
The creature speaks, but you are not afraid – it’s just your wife, Aneyh (Ah-nay). She is a ‘monster under the bed,’ an affectionate, kindly monster girl who just so happens to be the love of your life (and your wife).
As the rain continues to pelt at the windows, she slips into bed, offering head scratches, and soft comfort. You reminisce about your magical first meeting and talk about planning a future getaway.
Afterwards, Aneyh shapeshifts into something large and fluffy, and sprawls out beside you, rumbling away as she snores contentedly.
