"Don't put all your eggs in on Bastion." X'D. Also the same for Nicocle's "Reverse Nastifaction" Yeah... this was a BAD sequel... what they did to Falkor is a sign to THAT! I am FOREVER confused by the idea of Bastion's Dad NOT knowing about The Neverending Story or just Bastion dodging the situation... but then he tried to talk to him at the mall... Also... weird how the Book switches from writing the story itself to being how people reads it... At least we got a half-decent Animated series from this... of course there is ALSO that TV-Mini Series... where it plays out more like Harry Potter... and made Gmork into a dickish subsititute teacher...

2024-08-07 00:05:18 +0000 UTCThe one thing I could defend if it had been done well is that real-world references aren't absurd in Fantasia/Fantastica. If that world is made from everyone's hopes and dreams, those hopes and dreams could easily incorporate knowledge of Las Vegas or popular music. But even if the people who made this movie thought that through, they certainly didn't execute the idea well.
