She knew already future had changed and the details so she would use it to her advantage to catch the killer. it would have worked but the killer was a bit too cautious and clever and sunjae catches on real quick

But this is not the first time this has happened, the future is constantly changing. so even if she didn't meet him this time, the killer would continue to chase her. Sol also doesn't know when she will return to the future. if she went back to the future, there would be a clueless 20 year old Sol. That would be more dangerous. So she made the right decision to end it then. Her plan would also have worked had there not been an emergency call.
