We got really emotional earlier but yeah we were full on CRYING here! haha. It was so sad, but we understand that if he'd lived, he would have constantly been tempted and constantly been hounded and used against his brother. And Seol!!! It wasn't fair. But she really did love them and care about them like a family.

2024-10-01 17:10:03 +0000 UTCI think this is the first episode in this series that you guys cried.. really sad and unfortunate for the prince to die but I can't think of any other scenario where he can be at peace with his status and politics and all. The only consolation is that he's now really resting and in peace and I find that consoling. He also died a war hero and able to help his brother till the end and keeping his morals intact. Such an amazing complex character. Seol dying is also another tragedy. Her whole life is to serve and protect the Heo family.. it is sad that her life is only to be that but I believe as a servant, she won the lottery on thr kind of family she served and died for and that's more honorable and worth living for than most other people in the drama.
