Yes absolutely! Oh Yi Young doesn't really want to be there, but she's a good person and she actually does care... but we're getting past surface level with all the characters at this point and it's REALLY good! I love that you mentioned the song and the singers! LOVE that they're still incorporated in some way and it's just lovely and heartwarming every time a person from our old gang pops up!

Nurse Ju-yeon is a very good nurse and I think she was the one whose name was on the Commendation Board in the previous episode. BTW the song that played towards the end of the episode—when Nam-kyung brought coffee for the nurses—was sung by our favorite main characters from Hospital Playlist! It's one of two songs they have in this drama. When they record for the OST, the group calls themselves Mido and Falasol. The name's a clever nod to five of the seven notes of a musical scale, representing the five lead characters. "Mido" also represents Jeon Mi-do, the actress who plays Song-hwa, while "Falasol" is a mashup of "Fa," "La," and "Sol." Hence, the name Mido and Falasol. This episode really showed how much Kim Sa-bi and Pyo Nam-kyung grew. They're both good people at heart who ended up doing some questionable things for different reasons. But they eventually realized their mistakes and made things right. We also got to see Oh Yi-young step up and be the bigger person when she needed to. Instead of getting into a fight with Kim Sa-bi, she chose to accept Sa-bi for who she is, probably understanding that Sa-bi wasn't really a bad person. Even though Oh Yi-young isn't always enthusiastic about her job, she's actually a good doctor who really comes through when needed. Professor Seo definitely sees her potential and knows she just needs a lot of encouragement to truly realize it.
