Yes!! Even at this point, Mom and I would absolutely love a season 2 if they decided to make one, and we don't usually like sequels all that much. We're really loving the characters!

2025-06-28 22:41:02 +0000 UTCHong-do grilling Jae-il with questions was a callback to Hospital Playlist, where Jun-wan used to grill Hong-do with all those questions, and that was really funny. And you are absolutely right about the difference between HP and RP. In this drama, we are seeing relationship building among this group of first-year residents. While Jae-il gets along with everyone, there have been clashes between others. We saw tension between Sa-bi and Yi-young in episode 4, while it was Sa-bi clashing with Nam-kyung in this episode. They eventually resolved the conflict, and that evidently has brought them closer in friendship. I like to imagine that after a few years, these first-year residents form a close-knit bond just like our 99ers from Hospital Playlist.
