I love that V does so many side missions like pairing up with Bing Crosby, having a show like Friendcation, having acting roles and doing so many OSTโs for K dramas!! The man is BOOKED and the man is BUSY!
This song was absolutely stunning. V has such a beautifully romantic voice, it always manages to take me on unexpected journeys and give me an even bigger appreciation for this music. Iโm so proud of him and everything he has accomplished at such a young age!!
Am I caught up on his OSTโs and have any other members done any OSTโs I donโt know about?!๐ณ

2025-01-01 07:55:06 +0000 UTCi don't know if you noticed but both dramas has the same female lead ๐ also, this song was originally gonna be part of tae's mixtape but when he let seojoon (the male lead of the drama and his close friend) listen to it, he liked it and the song title was already "danbam" or sweet night which coincidentally is the same name as the pub in the show. tae said he wrote the lyrics after it was added as one of the soundtrack and added references from the show ๐

The actor in the drama is Park Seojoon, he and Tae were both on the reality show "Jinnie's Kitchen", where they went to Mexico to run a restaurant - it actually shows them cooking etc! HIGHLY recommend Itaewon Class itโs definitely in my top 10 Kdramas of all time!! Itโll def make you cry and go through a lot of emotions and Seojoonโs acting is so phenomenal in it! ๐๐

Together with another actor from that drama Park Hyung-sik, actor Choi Woo-shik and singer-producer Peakboy they created the group of friends "WOOGA Squad". As for the drama "Itaewon Class" - I recommend it, I really liked it!

Tae had done OSTs for three of his Wooga Squad members - Sweet Night (for "Itawon Class" and stars Park Seojun), Christmas Tree (for "My Beloved Summer" which stars Choi Wooshik), and It's Definitely You (for "Hwarang" and stars himself, Seojun, and Park Hyung-Sik, who also stars in "ITS: Friendcation") Jin has done an OST called "Yours" for the drama "Jirisan", and Jimin has done one with his friend Ha Sungwoon (an idol from the former group Wanna One) called "With You" for the drama "Our Blues". Man Tae's voice really has healing qualities

2025-01-01 00:12:29 +0000 UTCSweet Night was his first ever official solo release on paid platforms, he wrote, composed and produced this baby. it was originally part of his mixtape (the one he deleted half of the tracks, I'm side eyeing you hard Tae). but when Seojoon was talking with the show music producers they asked if Tae can do a song and Seojoon did ask him and the rest was history.
