I think Walt has a big ego problem. He gets a win and thinks he's invincible. He outplays Gus by hiding Jesse, finding out where Gale lives and surviving his intended assassination by having Gale killed. But he knows that Gus is serious and can't really trust Walt anymore so he has to make a move. I agree that he's absolutely not thinking about what happens after because he's acting purely out of immediate self-preservation. It's not that Walt is acting dumb, but that thinks he can outplay everyone haha Hank is also suffering seriously from pride. He's a strong "alpha" man who hates being useless & reliant on people and he's taking it out on Marie. He definitely has a thing though of acting fine in front of other men. Yeah I remember that Marie stealing thing... wonder if that'll ever come back :P

2025-02-18 01:24:15 +0000 UTCGuns in general are legal in all states per the 2nd Amendment, but different states have different laws and regulations about the type of weapon you can possess, how you can buy it, and when you can carry/use it. New Mexico has a strong gun culture and is an open carry state, meaning you can carry it on your person as long as it isnโt concealed and can use it if youโre attacked. Of course this doesnโt apply to Walt because a) heโs concealing it, b) heโs planning to kill gus, and c) itโs got a defaced serial number making it illegal in all 50 states. Great reaction as always!
