Sometimes, things just need to be said...

Firstly, if you don't like reading / don't care what we have to say - don't read.
Don't complain about it, it's our page & if you don't like it -  just don't read.
It's really that simple.

I haven't posted anything about these kinda situations in a long time, mostly because we try to deal with such issues privately, and because of how we were treated by a certain group, who seemed to lack understanding & empathy to what we were going through as creatives & having our work taken advantage of.
But at the same time, it's sometimes important for people to know what goes on behind the scenes, why we make certain changes, and why we do things a certain way.

Please note - this has nothing to do with simmers - it's to do with unauthorised conversions of our work on 'Roblox'.

We often get reports to us regarding people posting/selling our work on Roblox, and typically deal with these issues privately now.
We DMCA - the content gets removed - and we leave it at that. 

But then there are some people that don't take the hint, and don't leave it at that.
This person that was reported to us is one of them -
(We don't know them, they were just reported to us & we were sent these screenshots)
They have reuploaded our bed, etc... and included it in their 'games' numerous times, which has resulted in a DMCA every time...
Roblox has seemingly warned them their account is at risk of being banned, so they play the sympathy card... the thought of them losing their account due to their actions is devastating for them, apparently.
But 'Roblox is so fucking sensitive'... 🙄

Rather be called a ‘f*ing nerd’ than be the weirdo with Kim Kardashian’s face plastered onto my Roblox avatar. Like… are you okay, hun? 💀

We hate to break it to you, but any creator would be at least somewhat ‘pressed’ if someone obsessively reuploaded their copyrighted content against their permission—content they didn’t create, nor have any legal rights to.
It gives entitled. We don’t owe you anything, boo.

I’m not sure what kind of chokehold our ‘f*ing bed’ had on you, but it was clearly enough for you to keep reuploading it. And then you cry to Roblox about potentially having your account banned because of your own actions, all while ignoring why you were DMCA’d in the first place?

Guess what?! 
We have spent A LOT of money making that very content your using without permission, and on a game we didn't even create for.

It’s ironic you expect Roblox to ‘put themselves in your shoes’ because you’ve spent ‘a lot of money on the game,’ like that’s some kind of excuse.
Perhaps try putting yourself in our shoes -
• Creating our content isn’t or easy or free. 
• We’ve spent years learning how to create 3D assets from scratch, investing countless hours and a lot of our OWN money into the tools and programs necessary for this work.

Yet somehow, it’s all about you? 
Everyone is supposed to feel sorry for you and just let it slide?
Are you really that entitled and out of touch? Please.

It’s not rocket science.
You know you could’ve just used something that wasn’t stolen, right?
You could’ve simply removed our work from your game.
You could’ve put in the effort to create your own content or ethically purchased and converted models. But I guess that would require you to act grown and have a job/income. Clearly, that’s too much for you.
