I miss her so much. Only 4 more weeks till Iโm cleared for travel. I canโt wait to cuddle her face off. Thank you Mark for the pic.
Do you have pets? Have you ever had to be away from them for a long time? How did you do it? Did you have friends help or did you board your pets? So curious to know.

2023-01-16 19:02:04 +0000 UTCHad to leave my last cat, Vika, mostly alone for two deployments to Baghdad and one to Kabul. Each one six months. I kept my apartment for the first two and had my house during the third one. Had various friends look in on her. After the first trip, she was all over me by the end of the day. The second and third tripsโฆ I tried being friendly too soon for her liking and have a scar or two. I still miss her.
