My New Family 0.21 Release!

How an update on how I can play part 2 of My new family.

I played all of "My New Family". I tried to play "my New Family 2" but I am unable to start the game. I game indicates that I did not load a saved game. How can I load a saved game if I cant start the game? Please don't leave me hanging at the proposal.

OMG the mc Lucy banter has me crying with laughter all the time.. please never give that up.. (im currently refering to Melissa passing out after learning about the GF BF situation with the household and MC's retaliation to Lucy.. ie calling the cops, you gone to far cat, putting you in the animal shelter' just as one of many examples

As someone who just recently stumbled onto this game our of pure luck, I must say I already love every bit of it even if after hours of going through it I suddenly got the Chapter 2 splash screen, so I am in for much much more it would seem. Something that is quite nice considering many other VNs don't even have a full week done when the version is something like 0.21, but 16 chapters with a length like that is going to be amazing yet! Though there is one mystery that just doesn't want to leave me alone so I figured I may as well ask if it either gets more explanation as I progress through the chapters or if it may be some kind of inside joke. That is, everything about Pelicans. Be it as a nickname or Ms. P. Elican the history teacher, it seems like a weird animal to play such a big role and either I am still missing some important pieces, forgot them, or I simply lack the brains to connect the dots because even after scouring Wikipedia among other sources I don't see the comparison to the MC.

I think one of the things i love about this game is how it just keeps on going.. usually in most avn's you get the romance angle and even sometimes thats even at the end with the after effects witnessed via an epilogue.. MNF is great as you see the before, the after and the still to come within the episodes without that gnawing feeling that the end of another great read is imminent

Loving this game even tho i'm waaaay behind everyone else still in the previous version/files despite the subject matter you forget it all and are swept up in how 'sweet' they are with one another.. my ONLY wishlist for this would be (and i'm writing this still early on i dunno if its later adressed or added in higher volumes) But i wish the kiss scenes wouldnt always rely on the 'Goldfish face' to the perspective of the mc.. ive seen others add the mc more as a character than a 1st person for these scenes and it only adds to the passion of the scene instead of looking odd.. i'm no expect here and everyone to there own i just wanted to bring it up as animated smooching or rendered smooching from a 3rd person perspective just looks better.. theonly other thing i was gonna ask (again from the point im up to) is if the artwork will improve or if its going to remain this way by design.. i have no issue with the style but seeing sandra in even higher quality render would look amazing as she is by far the fav and most sweet character in many avn's

As always another stellar update. This one was also sweet in that the non-roommate girls also had some screen time. I did notice one funny, in that Megan is actually a nun, so calling her Sister Megan is okay ... aside from that, I am always glad that you advance the story and don't take shortcuts. And in reference to a previous post, I am not truly a fan of the whole time-skip thing, but I also do agree that you don't want to have things get stale. MNF has not been repetitive, nor has the writing suffered over the updates, if you work on MNM and then MNF you may find that it sparks ideas for the other game ... so please keep doing what you are doing, creating a fun game, with interesting renders, smooth animations, and above all bringing a little fun to a too-serious world.

The MC and Lucy were talking in bed about how important the coming week was going to be. Then the splash screen saying that this update was over.

It sounds like you are losing your sanity. What happened on the last day for you? ^^

I seem to be confused lol. The update I downloaded from Mega contained only two in-game days. The MC only went to bed twice during the story. I hope I'm not losing my sanity.

Changelog says six ingame days, like usual ^^

Just finished 0.21 and it was only a couple of in-game days long. I thought this update was supposed to be six days. Did I miss a download link somehere? Anyway, I'm still enjoying the story!

I just had an idea for the story. I apologize if it's been mentioned before, Since it seems like the MC has access to unlimited funds I thought it would be really thoughtful of him to offer to pay for restorative surgery for Melissa. What do y'all think?

Just finished the update and loved it! Laid the groundwork for a new lady or two and started pursuing Kiara (yes, yes, yes!!!) for a future release. Keep up the GREAT work!
