I'm confused: Is Chapter 1 the same as Version 0.1 or does it include more Versions? I am unable to update to Version 0.2, even after following the "save" instructions. How exactly can I continue on with Version 0.2 (all actions following the image of pregnant Lena)?

Not sure why you don't think there is much content in this update as it seemed quite a bit to me. But now we have the wait to find out what happens next :P
