I actually didn't mind the ending. I usually don't like those "leave it to your imagination" type endings, but this one not only let us know that they were starting his revenge, but also gave set-up as to how they'd go about it. Overall, I think this is one of my favorite k-dramas.

2023-04-12 13:01:04 +0000 UTCDongeun didnāt want to kill yeon Jin necessarily by taking her physical lifeā¦ bc that would be too easy on herā¦ and thatās why she told her yeonjin should resent her but didnāt tell her what.. bc not only is she in prison ā¦ but sheās in prison for technically a murder she didnāt commit ā¦ or at least commit herself. Lol I doubt yeonjin and her mom are in that level 5 prison bc she said it was the highest level and had to be pretty depraved to go there .. and the lady dongeun got the jail info from was the mother of the man hye jeong was going to marry before she dumped him for jaejun. But she told her that he would have had to cause chaos to get loved from the level 4 where he was to level 5ā¦ and the fight where those guys kicked his ass helped send him there. Ms kang misses her daughter of courseā¦ but I donāt think itās easy for her to get to the US at the timeā¦ it takes a lot to be able to move there unlike her daughter bc of school programs and stuff.. but remember she loved working with dongeun and it gave her a sense of power and prideā¦ she felt like she was really good at that and she was.. so I think feeling useful again at something sheās good at that she likes with what Iām sure will be her friend now is a nice place for her.. until she can get to the US. Making the murderer live in fear like yeo jun told him when he saw him at the prison that the next time he saw him he would have to worry about every food he ate, every person he saw, every pill he tookā¦ everything ā¦ and his mere presence causes fear in the guys eyes as we saw at the end ā¦ and theyāre at the part of his revenge where the pieces have all fallen togetherā¦ so once theyāre finished then theyāll be done .. but yeh without a second season or like a part 3 to finish up his storyline .. it lacks a littleā¦ but overall Iām being picky with that. Iāve yet to see a show where so many pieces of the puzzle come together so beautifully with SO many details. It was pulled together better than most shows Iāve seen.. but yeh itās a long shot but Iām hoping for a few more episodes to give us his revenge and then them ride off into the sunset š

2023-04-12 11:32:52 +0000 UTCThe inmates are hazing yeonjin and making her get up and tell them the weather so they can laugh at herā¦ so sheās getting what they did to dongeunā¦ even though dongeun doesnāt knowā¦ youāre right caitā¦ thatās why sheās crying and jumped up so fast to do it looking terrified. On top of that her mom doesnāt care about her and she has to see her mom ignore herā¦ just like dongeun had toā¦ so literally sheās living the hell dongeun hoped for and she didnāt even do anything to set that one up .

S1 S2 S3 S4 and S5. The serial killer got moved to S5 which is the worst jail for Iām guessing the sickest criminals. But I donāt think Yeon-jin and her mom are in that jail.

Ms. Moon got her lickback, yeonjin's in prison going insane AND getting bullied AND being ignored by her mother, the husband took the daughter out of the country, Sara's locked up for tax evasion and stabbing flight attendant, flight attendant can't talk anymore, Jae jun literally in the building š¤£š everyone got what they deserved, I'm glad they went hard on the revenge. And now we going into yeo jeong's villain arc to torment his dads killer. Imagine how much damage they can do together since he's the doctor and she's the teacher š The only thing that bothers me was Ms. Kang not seeing her daughter.. maybe she's waiting for her visa to get approved? Or waiting until she has her ducks in a row.. wish they closed that out better. And I'm okay with the open ending, if they do another season it might ruin it and I don't think they have enough storyline anyway.. Also yeojeong's mom was probably keeping tabs on moon that's how she found her on the roof. That woman moon was talking too at the temple in that time skip was flight attendants ex fiancĆ©s mom. But yes great revenge show, I'd put it up there with Vincenzo imho. Thanks for the reaction guys <3

2023-04-12 05:24:04 +0000 UTCi think it closed up pretty well. we see the guy got sentenced to death in court, so i think itās implied that yeo-jeong is gonna be the one to kill him. but i was sad that we didnāt see ms. kang reunite with her daughter.
