Early Access: Foam Stone Texturing Techniques!

This one is a little different from most of my videos and I'd appreciate feedback if it's the kind of thing you guys find useful or want to see in future. Basically it's more of a techniques video with a focus on advantages, disadvantages, and hopefully some nice painting techniques too.
Next week I'll have a build as normal, something that really compliments the modular tiles and can be used with almost everything I've made and shown so far...
As I've said in the livestream, this video was also a little necessary to test out these different techniques in the run up to a big pair of videos I have planned for a new system where I make extensive use of rock texturing - stay tuned!

That's an interesting method, I usually replace my tin foil regularly these days to avoid that :)

2020-09-11 19:43:24 +0000 UTCStone method is a great idea! I've also added small stones into the layers of my tinfoil ball, because the foil smashes the longer I used it. Makes some very consistent smaller scale texture.
