FANBOX規約改定に関するお知らせと雑談

先日、ついにFANBOXがAI規制に関する規約改定が発表されました。

個人的な予想と違うのは、「自身が制作した画像に、ペイントソフト等に内蔵された自動彩色機能を用いて着彩を施した画像（元記事から引用）」がAI規制の対象外であることです。

これは…なんていうか、すごく助かるという感じがあります。

正直言って、最低限の線画自動着色機能だけでも、体力の節約にはなります。実際、年初にAI作画を始めたのは、体が悪くなり体力が続かないことが大きな要因だった。しかし、その時から性癖絵の投稿はかえっていつにも増して多かった。「AIに救われる」とは言い過ぎですが、「AIがあればまだできるかも」というのが本音です。

もちろん、現段階でFANBOXに手描きイラストを投稿し続ける方向性は変わりません。ただし、FANBOX規約の範囲内でAI機能を活用することがあるはずです。その場合、ラフ画や制作過程みたいな内容もあるかもしれません。

なお、新しい規約は7月25日から発効するため、既存のAI画像投稿は23～24日頃に非公開になります。また、規約改定により「技術解説・ノウハウ系の投稿」もAI規制の対象外となった。なので、既存の解説系投稿が公開され続けると思います……が、今となっては内容が貧弱すぎて恥ずかしいので非公開になるかも……予めご了承ください。

そういえばFANBOXがAI規制を発表してちょうど2ヶ月。最初に手描きを再開することを決めた時も「どれくらい続けられるか」と思ったが、今でも分からない。でもここまで続けてこれたのは、支援者様・フォロワー様のおかげです。改めて、感謝申し上げます。

Recently, FANBOX finally announced the revised terms and conditions regarding AI regulations.

What is different from my personal expectation is that "images that you have created by yourself and colored using automatic coloring function built into paint software, etc. (quoted from the original article)" are exempted from the AI regulations.

This is...how can I say, a great help.

Frankly speaking, even a minimal line drawing auto-coloring function alone would save a lot of energy. In fact, the main reason I started AI drawing at the beginning of the year was due to my physical condition became worse. However, since that time, the number of submissions of fetish drawings has increased more than ever. It is an exaggeration to say that "AI saved my life," but the truth is that "with AI, I might still be able to do somthing more."

Of course, my direction to continue posting hand-drawn illustrations to FANBOX at this stage remains unchanged. However, AI function might be used within the scope of FANBOX rules and regulations. In that case, there may be contents like rough drawings and production process.

Note that the new terms and conditions will take effect on July 25, so existing AI illust post will be closed to the public around July 23-24. The revised terms also exempt "technical commentary postings" from the AI regulations. So, I think existing commentary-type postings will continue to be published ......, but may also be closed to the public because the content is too poor and embarrassing nowadays.

By the way, it has been just two months since Fanbox announced the AI regulation. When I first decided to resume hand-drawing, I wondered how long I could continue, and now I still don't know. But without my supporters and followers I won't been able to continue this far. Once again, I would like to thank you for your continued support.
