The bodybuilding contest is over, and I just barely managed to place.
I truly feel like my physique was the best itโs ever beenโbut it seems the growth of those around me was on another level.
Seriously, the level this year was insane! Completely incomparable to last year!๐
Iโm grateful to be able to compete in an environment like this, but if I donโt step up, Iโll definitely be left behind. I need to come up with a plan to keep up and keep fighting.
At my age, people would normally say Iโve already passed my peak. But I still believe thereโs room to grow.
Up until now, Iโve entered contests each year mainly for the experienceโbut maybe itโs time to focus on bulking carefully, so I donโt waste whatever potential I have left.๐ค
Iโm gonna get biggerโso big I wonโt lose to Itsuha-chan!! Baby!!
